Troubleshooting
Resolve provider, extension, browser, and workspace problems.
No models or a failed reply
Check Accounts for a valid connection. Make sure a local endpoint is running. Choose an available model and review provider limits. If a reply fails, inspect its message and actions before using Try again.
An MCP cannot connect
Open its Details and test the connection. Check that your provider account can use the service. Sign in again if consent expired. Some custom servers require a client registered by the provider. Do not substitute another app’s client credentials.
A file or folder is missing
Check the active task or project and its full workspace path. Use Storage to confirm the workspace root. Skills and plugins use managed storage. Open their folder through Extend to inspect the installed files.
A page will not load
Check the URL and network connection. Reload the page or close and reopen its tab. The docs, external sites, and provider authentication need network access. A language download needs a published release of your version.
