# Control a live desktop run from your phone

Remote control lets you follow and direct a live Muniment run from your phone. The work continues on your desktop. The desktop app and the mobile companion are not publicly available during preview, so a public visitor cannot run remote control today.

## Live session relay

During a live run, the desktop sends full session events through its existing outbound control-plane connection. The control plane relays those events to the phone and sends your commands back to the desktop.

Remote control works only while the desktop remains online and the run remains live.

## Run controls

You can steer the active run, queue a follow-up, or interrupt the run from your phone.

## Remote approvals

You can answer a desktop permission gate from your phone with ask, allow, or deny. The run receipt records each answer.

## Where work runs

The phone displays the session and sends controls. All execution stays on the desktop.
